أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ يُعْرَفُ بِأَبِي الشَّيْخِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْبَالِسِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا خُصَيْفٌ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ أَنَّ فِي كُلِّ ثَلَاثَةٍ إِمَامًا وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ فَمَا فَوْقَ ذَلِكَ جُمُعَةٌ وَفِطْرٌ وَأَضْحَى وَذَلِكَ أَنَّهُمْ جَمَاعَةٌ وَكَذَلِكَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بُرْقَانَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ الْقُرَشِيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَالِاعْتِمَادُ عَلَى مَا مَضَى وَعَلَى مَا يَرِدُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ تَعَالَى
انگریزی ترجمہ
Jabir said: 'The established practice (Sunnah) is that for every three persons there is an imam, and for every forty or more there is the Friday prayer, Eid al-Fitr, and Eid al-Adha, because they constitute a congregation.' Ja'far ibn Burqan narrated similarly from al-Zuhri. This was narrated solely by Abd al-Aziz al-Qurashi, and he is weak. The reliance is upon what has preceded and what will follow, God willing.
