أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ أنبأ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ أَنَّ أَبَا الْخَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عَلَى ابْنِ وَعْلَةَ السَّبَائِيِّ فَرْوًا فَمَسَسْتُهُ فَقَالَ مَا لَكَ تَمَسُّهُ قَدْ سَأَلْتُ عَنْهُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّا نَكُونُ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ وَمَعَنَا الْبَرْبَرُ وَالْمَجُوسُ نُؤْتَى بِالْكَبْشِ فَيَذْبَحُونَهُ وَنَحْنُ لَا نَأْكُلُ ذَبَائِحَهُمْ وَنُؤْتَى بِالسِّقَاءِ فِيهِ الْوَدَكُ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ دِبَاغُهُ طَهُورُهُ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu al-Khayr reported that he saw Ibn Wa'lah al-Saba'i wearing a fur garment, so he touched it. Ibn Wa'lah said: 'Why do you touch it? I asked Ibn Abbas about it, saying: We are in the Maghreb and with us are the Berbers and the Magians. A ram is brought and they slaughter it, but we do not eat their slaughtered animals. And we are brought a water-skin containing fat.' Ibn Abbas said: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Its tanning purifies it.' Muslim narrated it in his Sahih from Ishaq ibn Mansur and others from Amr ibn al-Rabi'.
