وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَابِطٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَوْ عَنْ أَخِي أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ رَأَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَوْمًا عَلَى أَعْقَابِ أَحَدِهِمْ مِثْلُ مَوْضِعِ الدِّرْهَمِ أَوْ مِثْلُ مَوْضِعِ الظُّفُرِ لَمْ يُصِبْهُ الْمَاءُ قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يَقُولُ وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ قَالَ وَكَانَ أَحَدُهُمْ يَنْظُرُ أَنَّهُ إِذَا رَأَى بِعَقِبِهِ مَوْضِعًا لَمْ يصِبْهُ الْمَاءُ أَعَادَ وُضُوءَهُ وَهَذَا إِنْ صَحَّ فَشَيْءٌ اخْتَارُوهُ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ وَقَدْ يُحْتَمَلُ أَنْ يرِيدَ بِهِ إِعَادَةَ وُضُوءِ ذَلِكَ الْمَوْضِعِ فَقَطْ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri narrated: 'Two men went out on a journey. The time of prayer came and they had no water. They performed tayammum with clean earth and prayed. Then they found water within the time of the prayer. One of them repeated his prayer with ablution, and the other did not repeat. When they came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), they told him. He said to the one who did not repeat: "You have followed the Sunnah, and your prayer is valid." He said to the one who repeated: "You have double the reward."'
