بِمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِي يُونُسَ مَوْلَى عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَمَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ ؓ أَنْ أَكْتُبَ لَهَا مُصْحَفًا ثُمَّ قَالَتْ إِذَا بَلَغَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ فَآذِنِّي {حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى} [البقرة 238] فَلَمَّا بَلَغْتُهَا آذَنْتُهَا فَأَمْلَتْ عَلَيَّ حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى وَصَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ وَقُومُوا للَّهِ قَانِتِينَ وَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ سَمِعْتُهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Yunus, the freed slave of Aishah, said: "Aishah ordered me to write a mushaf (copy of the Quran) for her. She said: 'When you reach this verse, inform me: Guard strictly the prayers and the middle prayer.' When I reached it, I informed her, and she dictated to me: 'Guard strictly the prayers and the middle prayer and the Asr prayer, and stand before Allah in devout obedience.' Aishah said: 'I heard it from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).'"
