أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَزَّازُ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ أَعْتَقَ وَلَدَ زِنْيَةٍ وَقَالَ قَدْ أَمَرَنَا اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ﷺ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى مَنْ هُوَ شَرٌّ مِنْهُ قَالَ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى {فَإِمَّا مَنًّا بَعْدُ وَإِمَّا فِدَاءً} [محمد 4] وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّهُ كَرِهَهُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Nafi' reported from Ibn Umar that he freed a child of fornication and said: Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to show favor to those who are worse than him. Allah says: 'Either set them free graciously or ransom them.' It was also reported that Umar disliked it.
