أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْعِرَاقِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا مَنْصُورٌ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ مَنْ مَرَّ مِنْكُمْ بِحَائِطٍ فَلْيَأْكُلْ فِي بَطْنِهِ وَلَا يَتَّخِذْ خُبْنَةً

Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Ardastani informed us: Abu Nasr Ahmad ibn Amr al-Iraqi reported to us: Sufyan ibn Muhammad al-Jawhari narrated to us: Ali ibn al-Hasan narrated to us: Abdullah ibn al-Walid narrated to us: Sufyan narrated to us: Mansur narrated to us, from Mujahid, from Abu Iyad, that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever among you passes by a walled garden, let him eat [enough to fill] his belly, but not take a bundle away."
