أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ أنبأ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بَحِيرِ بْنِ رَيْسَانَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ فَرْوَةَ بْنَ مُسَيْكٍ ؓ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَرْضًا عِنْدَنَا يقَالُ لَهَا أَرْضُ أَبْيَنَ وَهِيَ أَرْضُ رِيعِنَا وَمِيرَتِنَا وَهِيَ وَبِيئَةٌ أَوْ قَالَ وَبَاؤُهَا شَدِيدٌ قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ دَعْهَا عَنْكَ فَإِنَّ مِنَ الْقَرَفِ التَّلَفَ قَالَ الْقُتَيْبِيُّ الْقَرَفُ مُدَانَاةُ الْوَبَاءِ وَالْمَرَضِ قَالَ أَبُو سُلَيْمَانَ وَهَذَا مِنْ بَابِ الطِّبِّ لِأَنَّ فَسَادَ الْأَهْوَاءِ مِنْ أَضَرِّ الْأَشْيَاءِ وَأَسْرَعِهَا إِلَى أَسَقَامِ الْبَدَنِ عِنْدَ الْأَطِبَّاءِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى وَهَذَا نَظِيرُ قَوْلِهِ ﷺ إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ بِهِ فِي أَرْضٍ فَلَا تَقْدَمُوا عَلَيْهِ وَكُلُّ ذَلِكَ بِمَشِيئَةِ اللهِ وَإِذْنِهِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Abd al-Hamid al-San'ani informed us, Ishaq ibn Ibrahim al-Dabari narrated to us, Abd al-Razzaq informed us from Ma'mar, from Yahya ibn Abdullah, meaning Ibn Bahir ibn Raysan, who said: Someone who heard Farwah ibn Musayk (may Allah be pleased with him) informed me, who said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, we have a land called the land of Abyan, which is our fertile and provisioned land, but it is plague-ridden' - or he said 'its plague is severe.' The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Leave it, for indeed being near to plague leads to destruction.'" Al-Qutaybi said: "Al-qaraf means being close to epidemic and disease." Abu Sulayman said: "This is from the category of medicine, because corruption of the air is among the most harmful things and the quickest to cause illness of the body according to physicians." The Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: This is like his (peace be upon him) saying: "If you hear of it [plague] in a land, do not advance toward it." All of this is by the will and permission of Allah, and there is no power or strength except with Allah.
