أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَعْطَى الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ وَلَوْ عَلِمَهُ خَبِيثًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ

Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Ahmad ibn Abdan informed us, Ahmad ibn Ubayd al-Saffar informed us, Isma'il ibn Ishaq the judge narrated to us, Musaddad narrated to us, Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us, Khalid narrated to us from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had himself cupped and gave the cupper his wages. Had he known it to be filthy, he would not have given it to him."
