أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَبَابَةَ الشَّاهِدُ بِهَمَذَانَ أنبأ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْأَسَدِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ ثنا الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ ؓ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْخَطْفَةِ وَالنُّهْبَةِ وَالْمُجَثَّمَةِ وَعَنْ أَكْلِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْمُجَثَّمَةُ هِيَ الْمَصْبُورَةُ أَيْضًا وَلَكِنَّهَا لَا تَكُونُ إِلَّا فِي الطَّيْرِ وَالْأَرَانِبِ وَأَشْبَاهِ ذَلِكَ مِمَّا يُجَثَّمُ بِالْأَرْضِ وَغَيْرِهَا إِذَا لَزِمَهُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad ibn Shababah the witness informed us in Hamadan, Abu al-Qasim Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hasan al-Asadi informed us, Ibrahim ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Maslamah al-Qa'nabi narrated to us, Abu Uways narrated to us, al-Zuhri narrated to us from Abu Idris al-Khawlani, from Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited snatching, plundering, the muthajjamah, and eating every predatory animal with fangs." Abu Ubayd said: "The muthajjamah is also the masburah (confined animal), but it only applies to birds, rabbits, and similar creatures that crouch on the ground and the like, when they are confined."
