أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ نُصَيْرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي حَمِدَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ عُشُورٌ إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى قَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ هَكَذَا قَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ فِي هَذِهِ الرِّوَايَةِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي حَمِدَةَ وَذَكَرَهَا الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي التَّارِيخِ دُونَ ذِكْرِ أَبِيهِ وَقَدْ مَضَى سَائِرُ طُرُقِهِ وَذَكَرْنَا حَدِيثَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ

Abu 'Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Sa'id ibn Abi 'Amr said: Abu al-'Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, al-'Abbas ibn Muhammad al-Duri narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Yunus narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us from Nusayr, from 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib, from Harb ibn 'Ubaydullah, from his father, from Abu Hamidah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There are no tithes upon the Muslims. The tithes are only upon the Jews and the Christians." Al-'Abbas said: "This is how Ahmad ibn Yunus narrated it in this version — from his father, from Abu Hamidah." Al-Bukhari mentioned it in al-Tarikh.
