أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ ح وَأنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ عَبْدُ الْقَاهِرِ بْنُ طَاهِرٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ الْإِمَامُ وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ الْفَارِسِيُّ وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو عَمْرٍو إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ السُّلَمِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ حَنَشٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ كُلُّ مِصْرٍ مَصَّرَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ لَا يُبْنَى فِيهِ بِيعَةٌ وَلَا كَنِيسَةٌ وَلَا يُضْرَبُ فِيهِ بِنَاقُوسٍ وَلَا يُبَاعُ فِيهِ لَحْمُ خِنْزِيرٍ

Abu al-Husayn ibn Bishran informed us, Isma'il ibn Muhammad al-Saffar narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn 'Abdullah Abu Muslim narrated to us. And Abu Mansur 'Abd al-Qahir ibn Tahir al-Baghdadi the Imam and Abu al-Qasim 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Ali ibn Hamdan al-Farisi and Abu Nasr 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Qatadah said: Abu 'Amr Isma'il ibn Nujayd al-Sulami narrated to us, Abu Muslim Ibrahim ibn 'Abdullah narrated to us, Muhammad ibn 'Abdullah al-Ansari narrated to us, Sulayman al-Taymi narrated to us from Hanash, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding churches in Muslim lands: The dhimma people may retain what they already had but may not build new ones.
