وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ مَازِنٍ وَهِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ بِإِسْنَادٍ لَا أَحْفَظُهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ حَسَنٌ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَرَضَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ دِينَارًا كُلَّ سَنَةٍ فَقُلْتُ لِمُطَرِّفِ بْنِ مَازِنٍ فَإِنَّهُ يُقَالُ وَعَلَى النِّسَاءِ أَيْضًا فَقَالَ لَيْسَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَخَذَ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ ثَابِتًا عِنْدَنَا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Zakariyya and Abu Bakr informed us > Abu al-Abbas > al-Rabi' > al-Shafi'i > Mutarrif ibn Mazin and Hisham ibn Yusuf, with a chain I do not remember except that it is good, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) imposed on the dhimmi people of Yemen a dinar every year. I said to Mutarrif ibn Mazin: It is said that it was also on the women. He said: It is not established with us that the Prophet (peace be upon him) took it from women.
