أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَلَمَّا أُتِيَ كِسْرَى بِكِتَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَزَّقَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تَمَزَّقَ مُلْكُهُ وَحَفِظْنَا أَنَّ قَيْصَرَ أَكْرَمَ كِتَابَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَوَضَعَهُ فِي مِسْكٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ثُبِّتَ مُلْكُهُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr informed us > Abu al-Abbas > al-Rabi', who said: Al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When Chosroes was brought the letter of the Prophet (peace be upon him), he tore it up. So the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "His kingdom will be torn apart." And we have preserved that Caesar honored the letter of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and placed it in musk. So the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "His kingdom will be established."
