حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي حُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ أَصْفَى عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ مِنْ هَذَا السَّوَادِ عَشَرَةَ أَصْنَافٍ أَصْفَى أَرْضَ مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي الْحَرْبِ وَمَنْ هَرَبَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يَعْنِي إِلَيْهِمْ وَكُلَّ أَرْضٍ لِكِسْرَى وَكُلَّ أَرْضٍ كَانَتْ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَكُلَّ مَغِيضِ مَاءٍ وَكُلَّ دَيْرِ بَرِيدٍ قَالَ وَنَسِيتُ أَرْبَعًا قَالَ وَكَانَ خَرَاجُ مَنْ أَصْفَى سَبْعَةَ آلَافِ أَلْفٍ فَلَمَّا كَانَتِ الْجَمَاجِمُ أَحْرَقَ النَّاسُ الدِّيوَانَ وَأَخَذَ كُلُّ قَوْمٍ مَا يَلِيهِمْ وَكَانَ خَرَاجُ مَنْ أَصْفَى سَبْعَةَ آلَافِ أَلْفٍ فَلَمَّا كَانَتِ الْجَمَاجِمُ أَحْرَقَ النَّاسُ الدِّيوَانَ وَأَخَذَ كُلُّ قَوْمٍ مَا يَلِيهِمْ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya narrated to us from Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak, from Abdullah ibn al-Walid ibn Abdullah ibn Ma'qil, from Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Hurra, from his father who said: Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) reserved from this Sawad ten categories: he reserved the land of those killed in battle, those who fled from the Muslims, every land of Kisra, every land that belonged to any of his family, every water basin, every postal relay station. He said: And I forgot four. The kharaj of what he reserved was seven million. When the Battle of al-Jamajim occurred, the people burned the register and each group took what was near them.
