أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا أَبُو عُتْبَةَ ثنا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ إِذَا جَاءَ رَمَضَانُ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا وَبَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ رَمَضَانَ سِتَّةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَنَدِمَ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يُطَلِّقُ وَاحِدَةً فَتَقْضِي عِدَّتَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِيءَ رَمَضَانُ فَإِذَا مَضَى خَطَبَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ وَرُوِّينَا عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِيمَنْ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ إِنْ كَلَّمَ أَخَاهُ فَامْرَأَتُهُ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا فَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَهَا وَاحِدَةً ثُمَّ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا فَإِذَا بَانَتْ كَلَّمَ أَخَاهُ ثُمَّ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا بَعْدُ إِنْ شَاءَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated regarding a man who said to his wife: 'If Ramadan comes, then you are divorced three times,' and there were six months until Ramadan, and he regretted it. Ibn Abbas said: 'Let him divorce her once, and she completes her waiting period before Ramadan comes. When it passes, he may propose to her if he wishes.' It was also narrated from al-Hasan al-Basri regarding one who said: 'If he speaks to his brother, his wife is divorced three times,' that if he wishes, he may divorce her once, then leave her until her waiting period ends. When she is separated from him, he may speak to his brother and then remarry her if he wishes.
