وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْف��رٍ نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ أَتَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي أُبْغِضُ زَوْجِي وَأُحِبُّ فِرَاقَهُ فَقَالَ أَتَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ الَّتِي أَصْدَقَكِ؟ قَالَ وَكَانَ أَصْدَقَهَا حَدِيقَةً قَالَتْ نَعَمْ وَزِيَادَةً قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَمَّا الزِّيَادَةُ مِنْ مَالِكِ فَلَا وَلَكِنِ الْحَدِيقَةُ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَقَضَى بِذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فَأُخْبِرَ بِقَضَاءِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ قَدْ قَبِلْتُ قَضَاءَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَكَذَلِكَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
A woman came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I hate my husband and I wish to be separated from him.' He said: 'Will you return to him his garden which was your mahr?' He said: He had given her a garden as her mahr. She said: 'Yes, and more.' The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'As for the extra from your wealth, no, but the garden.' She said: 'Yes.' So the Prophet (peace be upon him) judged that upon the man. He was informed of the Prophet's judgment and said: 'I accept the judgment of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).'
