أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ نا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي النِّكَاحَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Zaid bin Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ordering that an unmarried person who commits adultery be given a hundred lashes and banished for a year. And this is in accordance with what was narrated from Ubadah bin al-Samit, who narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him): Take from me! Take from me! Allah has made a way for women: for the virgin with the virgin, one hundred lashes and exile for a year; and for the married with the married, one hundred lashes and stoning.
