أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ إِذَا تَرَكَ الْمَيِّتُ سَبْعَمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ فَلَا يُوصِي
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Nasr ibn Qatadah informed us with his chain from Ibn al-Mubarak: Ibn Jurayj narrated from Layth from Tawus from Ibn Abbas who said: 'The bequest was abrogated - the share of the parents was abrogated by the fixed shares of the two parents, the share of the husband was abrogated by his fixed share, and the share of the wife was abrogated by her fixed share.'
