أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ أنا أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا فِي الْمَجُوسِ يُوَرَّثُ مِنْ مَكَانَيْنِ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ بَلَغَنِي عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُوَرِّثُ الْمَجُوسَ مِنْ مَكَانَيْنِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ الرِّوَايَاتُ عَنِ الصَّحَابَةِ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ لَيْسَتْ بِالْقَوِيَّةِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Ardastani informed us with his chain from al-Sha'bi from Ali and Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with them) who said regarding Zoroastrians: 'They inherit from two positions.' Sufyan said: It reached me that Ibrahim also gave Zoroastrians inheritance from two positions. The shaykh said: The narrations from the Companions on this matter are not strong.
