أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ وَلَدُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ عَصَبَتُهُ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ وَهَذَا أَيْضًا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَقَدْ حَمَلَ الْأُسْتَاذُ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ هَذِهِ الْأَخْبَارَ عَلَى مَا لَوْ كَانَتْ أُمُّهُ مَوْلَاةَ الْعَتَاقَةِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ البيهقي ١٢٥٠٢: عن
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The child of the woman of li'an - his agnates are his mother's agnates.' This is also disconnected. The master Abu al-Walid, may Allah have mercy on him, interpreted these reports as applying to cases where the mother was a freed slave.
