Abu Abdullah informed us with his chain from Muhammad ibn Salim from al-Sha'bi: Umar and Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them) ruled regarding a mother, husband, maternal siblings, and full siblings: the husband receives half, the mother a sixth, and they shared between the full and maternal siblings in the third equally - males and females alike. They said: 'Their father only brought them closer in kinship.'
