أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ كَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ لَا يُوَرِّثُ مَوَالِيَ مَعَ ذِي رَحِمٍ شَيْئًا وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدٌ ؓ يَقُولَانِ إِذَا كَانَ ذُو رَحِمٍ ذُو سَهْمٍ فَلَهُ سَهْمُهُ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْمَوَالِي هُمْ كَلَالَةٌ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Talib narrated to us: Yazid ibn Harun informed us from Sa'id from Qatadah from al-Hasan from Imran ibn Husayn from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: Give the fixed shares to those entitled. What remains goes to the closest male relative.
