أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ ثنا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {يُوصِيكُمُ اللهُ فِي أَوْلَادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُن��ثَيَيْنِ} [النساء 11] قَالَ كَانَ الْمِيرَاثُ لِلْوَلَدِ وَكَانَتِ الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ فَنَسَخَ اللهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ مَا أَحَبَّ فَجَعَلَ لِلْوَلَدِ الذَّكَرِ مِثْلَ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ وَجَعَلَ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ السُّدُسَيْنِ وَجَعَلَ لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفَ أَوِ الرُّبُعَ وَجَعَلَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ الرُّبُعَ أَوِ الثُّمُنَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hasan the judge informed me: Ibrahim ibn al-Husayn narrated to us: Adam ibn Abi Iyas narrated to us: Warqa' narrated from Ibn Abi Najih from Ata' ibn Abi Rabah from Ibn Abbas regarding Allah's saying: 'Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females' [4:11]. He said: The inheritance used to be for the children and the bequest was for the parents. Then Allah abrogated what He willed from that. He made for the male child the share of two females, gave the parents each one-sixth, gave the husband one-half or one-quarter, and gave the wife one-quarter or one-eighth.
