أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي مَتْنِهِ لَا يَرِثُ قَاتِلُ عَمْدٍ وَلَا خَطَأٍ شَيْئًا مِنَ الدِّيَةِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَا الْفَسَوِيُّ ثنا اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ البيهقي ١٢٢٣٧: عن
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said in its text: Neither the intentional killer nor the accidental killer inherits anything from the blood money. Muhammad ibn Muhammad informed us of this: al-Fasawi narrated to us: al-Lu'lu'i narrated to us: Abu Dawud narrated it.
