وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيم�� بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى أنا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَصْحَابِهِ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدُوا ذَا سَهْمٍ أَعْطَوَا الْقَرَابَةَ أَعْطَوْا بِنْتَ الْبِنْتِ الْمَالَ كُلَّهُ وَالْخَالَ الْمَالَ كُلَّهُ وَكَذَلِكَ ابْنَةُ الْأَخِ وَابْنَةَ الْأُخْتِ لِلْأُمِّ أَوْ لِلْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ أَوْ لِلْأَبِ وَالْعَمَّةَ وَابْنَةَ الْعَمِّ وَابْنَةَ بِنْتِ الِابْنِ وَالْجَدَّ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْأُمِّ وَمَا قَرُبَ أَوْ بَعُدَ إِذَا كَانَ رَحِمًا فَلَهُ الْمَالُ إِذَا لَمْ يُوجَدْ غَيْرُهُ فَإِنْ وُجِدَ ابْنَةُ بِنْتٍ وَابْنَةُ أُخْتٍ فَالنِّصْفُ وَالنِّصْفُ وِإِنْ كَانَتْ عَمَّةٌ وَخَالَةٌ فَالثُّلُثُ وَالثُّلُثَانِ وَابْنَةُ الْخَالِ وَابْنَةُ الْخَالَةِ الثُّلُثُ وَالثُّلُثَانِ

Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Ali the hafiz informed us: Abu Ishaq Ibrahim ibn Abdullah al-Asbahani narrated to us: Isma'il ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Harith al-Qattan narrated to us: al-Hasan ibn Isa informed us: Jarir narrated from al-Mughirah from his companions: Ali and Abdullah, when they found no one with a designated share, would give the relatives - they would give the granddaughter all the wealth, and the maternal uncle all the wealth, and likewise the daughter of the brother and the daughter of the sister whether maternal or from both parents or paternal, and the paternal aunt, the daughter of the paternal uncle, the daughter of the grandson's daughter, the maternal grandfather, and whatever was close or distant - if it was kinship, they received all the wealth when no one else was found. If there was a granddaughter and a niece, then half and half. If there was a paternal aunt and a maternal aunt, then one-third and two-thirds. And the daughter of the maternal uncle and the daughter of the maternal aunt: one-third and two-thirds.
