وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ عَتِيقٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حُجْرٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمِقْدَامِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَنَا وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ أَفُكُّ عُنِيَّهُ وَأَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ يَفُكُّ عُنِيَّهُ وَيَرِثُ مَالَهُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us: Abu Dawud narrated to us: Abd al-Salam ibn Atiq al-Dimashqi narrated to us: Muhammad ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us: Isma'il ibn Ayyash narrated from Yazid ibn Hujr from Salih ibn Yahya ibn al-Miqdam from his father from his grandfather who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saying: I am the heir of whoever has no heir; I free his captive and inherit his wealth. And the maternal uncle is the heir of whoever has no heir; he frees his captive and inherits his wealth.
