وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَاكِرٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ ثنا الْمِنْهَالُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ أَبُو قُدَامَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا شَكَكْتُمْ فِي طَرِيقٍ فَاجْعَلُوا سَبْعَةَ أَذْرُعٍ؛ تَخْتَلِفُ فِيهِ الْحَامِلَتَانِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Umar ibn al-Khattab obtained land in Khaybar and came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) to ask about it. The Prophet said: "If you wish, you may retain the land and give its produce in charity." Umar gave it in charity on the condition that the land itself would not be sold, gifted, or inherited.
