حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ.

Surayj told us: Abu 'Awanah told us, from Suhayl - that is, ibn Abi Salih - from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If one of you gets up from his seat and then returns to it, he has more right to it."
