حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ ذِي، حُدَّانَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ، سَمِعَ عَلِيًّا، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ سَمَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْحَرْبَ خَدْعَةً.

It was narrated from Sa’eed bin Dhi Huddan: Someone who heard Hadrat 'Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) told me that he said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) called war deceit.
