حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرٌ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ عَبْدِي وَأَمَتِي كُلُّكُمْ عَبِيدُ اللَّهِ وَكُلُّ نِسَائِكُمْ إِمَاءُ اللَّهِ وَلَكِنْ لِيَقُلْ غُلَامِي وَجَارِيَتِي وَفَتَايَ وَفَتَاتِي.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr narrated to me, from al-Ala', from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: "None of you should say 'my slave' or 'my slave-girl'; all of you are servants of Allah, and all your women are maidservants of Allah. Rather, let him say 'my boy,' 'my girl,' 'my young man,' and 'my young woman.'"
