Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from Yazid ibn Khumayr, who said: A freedman of Quraysh informed me that he heard Abu Hurairah narrate from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he forbade the sale of war-spoils before they were divided - then, after transmitting from Yazid ibn Khumayr, he added: "and that one should know what it is" - Yazid said this the last time - and he also forbade selling fruit before it is safe from every mishap, and that a man should not pray except while wearing a waist-wrap.
