حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ لِرَجُلٍ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَقٌّ فَأَغْلَظَ لَهُ فَهَمَّ بِهِ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَإِنَّ لِصَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ مَقَالًا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ اشْتَرُوا لَهُ سِنًّا فَأَعْطُوهُ فَقَالُوا إِنَّا لَا نَجِدُ إِلَّا سِنًّا أَفْضَلَ مِنْ سِنِّهِ فَقَالَ اشْتَرُوا لَهُ فَأَعْطُوهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ مِنْ خَيْرِكُمْ أَوْ خَيْرُكُمْ أَحْسَنَكُمْ قَضَاءً.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurairah, who said: A man had a claim against the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, and he spoke harshly to him about it, so the companions of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, were about to rebuke him. But the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to them, "The one owed a right is entitled to speak," and he said to them, "Buy him a camel of such an age and give it to him." They said, "We can only find one of an age better than his." He said, "Buy it and give it to him," then he said, "Indeed, among the best of you - or the best of you - is the one who repays his debts most excellently."
