Hajjaj told us: Ibn Abi Dhi'b told us, from Sa'id al-Maqburi, from his father, that he heard Abu Hurairah say: "Were it not for two things, I would love to be an owned slave. That is because a slave cannot do anything with his own wealth, and because I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'God has not created any slave who fulfills the right of God and the right of his master, except that God grants him his reward twice.'"
