حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ اخْتَصَمَ آدَمُ وَمُوسَى صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا وَسَلَّمَ فَخَصَمَ آدَمُ مُوسَى فَقَالَ مُوسَى أَنْتَ آدَمُ الَّذِي أَشْقَيْتَ النَّاسَ وَأَخْرَجْتَهُمْ مِنْ الْجَنَّةِ فَقَالَ آدَمُ أَنْتَ مُوسَى الَّذِي اصْطَفَاكَ اللَّهُ بِرِسَالَاتِهِ وَبِكَلَامِهِ وَأَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكَ التَّوْرَاةَ أَلَيْسَ تَجِدُ فِيهَا أَنْ قَدْ قَدَّرَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيَّ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَنِي قَالَ بَلَى قَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ فَحَجَّ آدَمُ مُوسَى قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ يَكْفِينِي أَوَّلُ الْحَدِيثِ فَخَصَمَ آدَمُ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَام.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid told us, he said: Ibn Awn informed us, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: Adam and Moses, peace be upon them both, disputed, and Adam won the argument against Moses. Moses said: "You are Adam, who made people wretched and expelled them from Paradise." Adam said: "You are Moses, whom Allah chose for His messages and for His speech, and to whom He revealed the Torah. Do you not find in it that Allah had decreed this for me before He created me?" He said: "Yes indeed." Amr ibn Sa'id and Ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Himyari said: "So Adam won the argument against Moses." Muhammad said: "The beginning of the hadith suffices me: 'So Adam won the argument against Moses,' peace be upon them both."
