وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ فِي الْجَنِينِ غُرَّةٌ عَبْدٌ أَوْ أَمَةٌ فَقَالَ الَّذِي قُضِيَ عَلَيْهِ أَيَعْقِلُ مَنْ لَا أَكَلَ وَلَا شَرِبَ وَلَا صَاحَ وَلَا اسْتَهَلَّ فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ يُطَلُّ فَقَالَ إِنَّ هَذَا الْقَوْلَ لَقَوْلُ شَاعِرٍ فِيهِ غُرَّةٌ عَبْدٌ أَوْ أَمَةٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
And with the same chain of narration, he said regarding the unborn child (fetus): "A ghurrah - a male or female slave (as blood money)." The one against whom judgment was passed said: "Should I pay blood money for one who did not eat, did not drink, did not cry out, and did not breathe? Such a one should be disregarded." He said: "This is indeed the speech of a soothsayer (poet). In it (the fetus's case) there is a ghurrah - a male or female slave."
