حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تُنْكَحُ الْأَيِّمُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْمَرَ وَلَا تُنْكَحُ الْبِكْرُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْذَنَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَكَيْفَ إِذْنُهَا قَالَ أَنْ تَسْكُتَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Malik ibn Amr narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "A previously married woman should not be married until she is consulted, and a virgin should not be married until her permission is sought." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, how is her permission given?" He said: "By her silence."
