حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا زَنَتْ خَادِمُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلَا يُعَيِّرْهَا فَإِنْ عَادَتْ الثَّانِيَةَ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلَا يُعَيِّرْهَا فَإِنْ عَادَتْ الثَّالِثَةَ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلَا يُعَيِّرْهَا فَإِنْ عَادَتْ الرَّابِعَةَ فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا وَلْيَبِعْهَا بِحَبْلٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ أَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Sa'id ibn Aban ibn Sa'id ibn al-As narrated to us, he said: Ubaydullah narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If the servant girl of any of you commits fornication, flog her and do not rebuke her. If she does it a second time, flog her and do not rebuke her. If she does it a third time, flog her and do not rebuke her. If she does it a fourth time, flog her and sell her, even for a rope of hair or a braid of hair."
