وَكَانَ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَةِ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ عَيَّاشَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ هِشَامٍ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْجِ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنْ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اللَّهُمَّ اشْدُدْ وَطْأَتَكَ عَلَى مُضَرَ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا سِنِينَ كَسِنِي يُوسُفَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام.
انگریزی ترجمہ
And when he raised his head from the last rak'ah, he would say: "O Allah, save Ayyash ibn Abi Rabi'ah. O Allah, save Salamah ibn Hisham. O Allah, save al-Walid ibn al-Walid. O Allah, save the oppressed believers. O Allah, be severe upon Mudar. O Allah, make it years of drought upon them like the years of Yusuf (Joseph, peace be upon him)."
