وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فُضِّلْتُ عَلَى الْأَنْبِيَاءِ بِسِتٍّ قِيلَ مَا هُنَّ أَيْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ أُعْطِيتُ جَوَامِعَ الْكَلِمِ وَنُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ وَأُحِلَّتْ لِي الْغَنَائِمُ وَجُعِلَتْ لِي الْأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا وَأُرْسِلْتُ إِلَى الْخَلْقِ كَافَّةً وَخُتِمَ بِيَ النَّبِيُّونَ مَثَلِي وَمَثَلُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ عَلَيْهِمْ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ كَمَثَلِ رَجُلٍ بَنَى قَصْرًا فَأَكْمَلَ بِنَاءَهُ وَأَحْسَنَ بُنْيَانَهُ إِلَّا مَوْضِعَ لَبِنَةٍ فَنَظَرَ النَّاسُ إِلَى الْقَصْرِ فَقَالُوا مَا أَحْسَنَ بُنْيَانَ هَذَا الْقَصْرِ لَوْ تَمَّتْ هَذِهِ اللَّبِنَةُ أَلَا فَكُنْتُ أَنَا اللَّبِنَةَ أَلَا فَكُنْتُ أَنَا اللَّبِنَةَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
And with this chain of narration, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I have been favored over the prophets with six." It was said: "What are they, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "I have been given concise speech; I have been aided with awe; the spoils of war have been made lawful for me; the earth has been made a mosque and a means of purification for me; I have been sent to all of creation; and the prophets have been sealed with me. My likeness and the likeness of the prophets (peace be upon them) is that of a man who built a palace and completed its construction and beautified it, except for the place of one brick. The people looked at the palace and said: 'How beautiful is this palace, if only this brick were completed.' Indeed, I am that brick. Indeed, I am that brick."
