حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ وَالْفِقْهُ يَمَانٍ وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمَانِيَةٌ أَتَاكُمْ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ فَهُمْ أَرَقُّ أَفْئِدَةً وَأَلْيَنُ قُلُوبًا وَالْكُفْرُ قِبَلَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْفَخْرُ وَالْخُيَلَاءُ فِي أَهْلِ الْخَيْلِ وَالْإِبِلِ وَالْفَدَّادِينَ أَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ وَالسَّكِينَةُ فِي أَهْلِ الْغَنَمِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Faith is Yemeni and wisdom is Yemeni. The people of Yemen have come to you; they are the most tender-hearted and softest in disposition. Disbelief is toward the East. Pride and arrogance are found among the people of horses and camels, the loud-voiced people of tents. And tranquility is found among the people of sheep."
