حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِمَرْوَانَ أَحْلَلْتَ بَيْعَ الرِّبَا فَقَالَ مَرْوَانُ مَا فَعَلْتُ فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ أَحْلَلْتَ بَيْعَ الصُّكُوكِ وَقَدْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الطَّعَامِ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَ قَالَ فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ مَرْوَانُ فَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِهَا قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ فَنَظَرْتُ إِلَى حَرَسِ مَرْوَانَ يَأْخُذُونَهَا مِنْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah said to Marwan: "You have permitted the sale of usury." Marwan said: "I have not done that." Abu Hurayrah said: "You have permitted the sale of promissory notes (sukuk), while the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prohibited the sale of food until it is received in full." So Marwan addressed the people and prohibited the sale of them. Sulayman said: I saw Marwan's guards confiscating them from the people's hands.
