قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ الْجَزَرِيِّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ كَانَ الدِّينُ عِنْدَ الثُّرَيَّا لَذَهَبَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ فَارِسَ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ فَارِسَ حَتَّى يَتَنَاوَلَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The son of Adam fills no vessel worse than his stomach. It is sufficient for the son of Adam to eat a few morsels to keep him alive. If he must eat more, then a third for his food, a third for his drink, and a third for his breath.'
