حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ نَاجِيَةَ بْنَ كَعْبٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَبَا طَالِبٍ مَاتَ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اذْهَبْ فَوَارِهِ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ مَاتَ مُشْرِكًا فَقَالَ اذْهَبْ فَوَارِهِ قَالَ فَلَمَّا وَارَيْتُهُ رَجَعْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لِي اغْتَسِلْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated from Hadrat 'Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) that he came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said: Abu Talib has died. the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: “Go and bury him,” Hadrat 'Ali said: He died a mushrik. He said: “Go and bury him.” “Hadrat Ali said: When I had buried him, i came back to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and he said: “Do ghusl.”
