حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَتْ الدَّابَّةُ مَرْهُونَةً فَعَلَى الْمُرْتَهِنِ عَلَفُهَا وَلَبَنُ الدَّرِّ يُشْرَبُ وَعَلَى الَّذِي يَشْرَبُهُ نَفَقَتُهُ وَيَرْكَبُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hushaym told us, from Zakariyya, from al-Sha'bi, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When an animal is held in pledge, its fodder is upon the one holding the pledge, and the milk that flows may be drunk, and upon the one who drinks it is its upkeep, and he may also ride it.
