حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْرُ أُمَّتِي الْقَرْنُ الَّذِي بُعِثْتُ فِيهِمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ أَقَالَ الثَّالِثَةَ أَمْ لَا ثُمَّ يَجِيءُ قَوْمٌ يُحِبُّونَ السَّمَانَةَ يَشْهَدُونَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْتَشْهَدُوا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hushaym told us: Abu Bishr told us, from Abdullah ibn Shaqiq, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The best of my Ummah is the generation among whom I was sent, then those who follow them, then those who follow them - and Allah knows best whether he said a third time or not - then a people will come who love corpulence, giving testimony before being asked for it.
