حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ وَذَكَرَ عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ أَنَّهُ يَرِثُ أُمَّهُ وَتَرِثُهُ أُمُّهُ وَمَنْ قَفَاهَا بِهِ جُلِدَ ثَمَانِينَ وَمَنْ دَعَاهُ وَلَدَ زِنًا جُلِدَ ثَمَانِينَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ya'qub told us: my father told us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: Amr ibn Shu'ayb mentioned, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ruled concerning the child of the li'an couple (who mutually cursed each other) that he inherits from his mother and she inherits from him; whoever slanders her with him is flogged eighty lashes, and whoever calls him a child of fornication is flogged eighty lashes.
