حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ بْنُ خَيَّاطٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يُقْتَلُ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَلَا ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Waki' narrated to us: Khalifah ibn Khayyat narrated from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "A believer is not to be killed in retaliation for a disbeliever, nor is a person under covenant while his covenant is in effect."
