حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُذُوا الْقُرْآنَ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ مِنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَأُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ وَمُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ وَسَالِمٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَذَاكَ رَجُلٌ لَا أَزَالُ أُحِبُّهُ مُنْذُ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَدَأَ بِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us: al-A'mash narrated from Shaqiq from Masruq from Abdullah ibn Amr who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Learn the Quran from four people: from Ibn Mas'ud, Ubayy ibn Ka'b, Mu'adh ibn Jabal, and Salim the freed slave of Abu Hudhayfah." He said: Abdullah said: "That is a man whom I have not ceased to love since I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) mention him first."
