حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَائِعُ وَالْمُبْتَاعُ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ سَفْقَةَ خِيَارٍ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يُفَارِقَهُ خَشْيَةَ أَنْ يَسْتَقِيلَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hammad ibn Mas'adah narrated from Ibn Ajlan from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the sale) until they separate, unless it is a transaction with a stipulated option. And it is not permissible for him to leave the other party out of fear that they may request cancellation of the sale."
