حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلَا خَائِنَةٍ وَرَدَّ شَهَادَةَ الْقَانِعِ الْخَادِمِ وَالتَّابِعِ لِأَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ وَأَجَازَهَا لِغَيْرِهِمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hajjaj narrated to us: Ibn Jurayj narrated, Ata informed me from Jabir that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever has a partner in a house or a garden, it is not permissible for him to sell it until he offers it to his partner. If he agrees, he takes it; if he refuses, he (the owner) is free to sell it.
